All building materials used in the production of the prefab houses are EU certified. We select all interior building/painting/VVS/EL/VS materials, kitchen and laundry appliances for a ready-to-move-in-house from Swedish suppliers with manufacturer's warranty. Our warranty for house (construction /materials) details is 5 years. Special manufacturer's warranty applies to certain materials such as for ex. roofing material.
